This partnership is between Table & Kin and the Community Pickup Hub named below.
Here's how we work together to help families in our community get fresh food.
What We Do
We deliver sealed produce boxes to your location on scheduled delivery days. We handle all customer orders, payments, and questions. We provide a simple checklist so customers can mark off their name when they pick up their box.
What You Do
You provide a designated spot for boxes during your regular business hours. No refrigeration is required. All boxes are packed fresh from our cooler and sealed to maintain quality during the pickup window.
Schedule
We'll agree on a delivery day and a pickup window that works for your business. Customers know when to expect their boxes and when to grab them.
We Value This Partnership
We protect you from any customer issues. If something comes up, we handle it directly. We protect our customers by making sure they're treated fairly. Most importantly, we're building something together that helps our neighbours eat well.
If either of us has ideas to make things work better, we talk about it. If something isn't working, we fix it together.
Unclaimed Boxes
Any boxes not picked up by the agreed donation cutoff time are donated on the spot. We won't ask you to store them overnight, hold anything past the cutoff, or make a judgment call. Fresh food shouldn't go to waste, and we don't want to add work to your day.
Keeping It Simple
This partnership continues as long as it works for both of us. If either of us needs to step away, just give two weeks' notice. No hard feelings, no complications.
Table & Kin is fully responsible for our products and our customers. You're not on the hook for anything related to the produce, missing boxes, or customer issues — that's on us.
If your hours change, if you need a break for a week, if something comes up — just let us know. We'll figure it out. That's what neighbours do.
